Post Corporate Spies and Banned IP’s
Macleans recently ran an interesting article about Corporate Spies out of control. A small snip of that article admitted that these large Corporations use this spy network to spy on employees and activists: http://www.macleans.ca/business/companies/article.jsp?content=20070702_107046_107046

We have taken some small security measures to block TELUS security attacks to invade this forum which obviously is frequent. However, it would appear that TELUS is now starting to reroute individual IP numbers through their network. Why they would do this I do not know. Some claim that if you have TELUS as a service provider and they reroute your ip number through their network, they can see everything you do online. This becomes a concern for activists who TELUS is firing at a fast and furious pace for Union activity. Illegal in Canada but common nonetheless.

If you are a Union activist and work for TELUS, in my opinion your security and privacy is compromised if you choose to continue to use TELUS as your Internet provider.

Some people have been e-mailing me and asking why they have been banned. For the most part, I’m sure it is a mistake and if you can identify yourself we can rectify the problem. You can post and be anonymous but the moderators need to confirm your identity to confirm that you don’t work for Darren or Moya. Cheers.
